There is a fee that will be charged for each adult (18 years old and older). Each adult must fill out their own application. We recommend that you view the property prior to filling out the form to confirm your interest in the property and to check availability.

APPLICATION

Applicant has the right to provide Alpine Realty and Management LLC with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides Alpine Realty and Management LLC with a PTSR, Alpine Realty and Management LLC is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for Alpine Realty and Management LLC to access or use the PTSR.
